When returning to ubbu, it is common for teachers to have some questions about managing their classes.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions and our guidelines:

  • I will continue with the same class(es) as last year, do I need to create new classes in ubbu to update the curriculum?

In this case you do not need to create a new class. You will be able to continue with all last year's classes, rename them and resume the classes where you stayed at the end of the year. Having reached class 30, you will be able to move to the next level, adjusting the grade at that point.

  • I am leaving my last year's class(es), how do I proceed?

In case the form will also leave ubbu, you can archive it (on the form card click on the ••• button and then on Archive). If the form is still in ubbu but with another teacher, you can ask the Teacher Manager of your institution to pass the form to the new teacher.

  • I have a new class where students already used ubbu last year, can I create a class for them already at level II?

In case you do not have access to the original class, you can create a new class and then proceed to the level crossing right away.

A student was transferred from one class to another, how is this change reflected in ubbu?

This transfer is possible but it has to be done by us. You must tell us the student's username (we don't have access to their real names), the name of the current class and the new class, and then our team will make the change.
