As an administrator, you will have the ability to view specific details about any user you have access to. Below outlines precisely what information is available within a profile.
Basic user details are presented at the top of the page. This includes:
personal information - name and email address are required, but a user can update phone, DOB, address, and gender
roles - under "Organizations" you'll see a list of any and all roles the user is assigned
Within the user profile, you can access any incident reports that have been logged in relation to the user (read-only admins would not be able to view this information. Additionally, you can click the "Waivers" tab to view when it was signed, if it has an expiration date, or download the file itself:
To view information about a user's background check, click on the "BG Checks" tab. You'll be able to identify any/all of the following:
whether a user has started a background check within Protect
*note: a user will display a completion % of 1-42% if they started the forms, but have yet to submit their check
the date a user submitted the background check, i.e. the Applied at date
*note: a user will display at 50% completion with an Applied at date if they have submitted a background check but it is still processing with the provider
the expiration date of the user's background check
the status of a user background check
blank = no status/not started
Pending = processing
Ready = 100% complete
download and view the background check report for a user once it is processed
*note: ONLY available to admins with full access (not read-only)
To view information about a user's assigned training, click on the "Trainings" tab. You'll be able to identify any/all of the following:
if one or more trainings were assigned, they will be displayed here
last date a training was viewed - equivalent of date of completion
expiration date of the training
progress completion for any training
