To complete a background check or training that has yet to expire, start by logging into your Player's Health Account.
(Note: A Training or Background Check cannot be renewed more than 60 days before it expires)
Then, Navigate to your profile settings by clicking your profile picture on the top right of the screen, and then clicking "My Profile"
Next, click either the "BG Checks" or "Trainings" tab, and then scroll down.
Once you've done this, you'll see a button where you can reapply for a background check or training.
If you start your background check or compliance training but need to return to complete it later, click on the red launch button the next time you log into the system:
