Conversion: The Second Pillar of the ACE Model

The goal of this phase is to convert an anonymous visitor into an identified visitor by persuading them to share their details on your site, triggering the visitor's interest.

This is achieved through the use of pre-established form templates, encompassing elements such as consent, style, gratitude, and follow-up emails.


Let's Explore Form Templates

1. Forms

In this tab, you will find all your previously created forms.

By clicking on the template, the editing option allows you to:

  • Add additional fields

  • Modify the display order of your fields

  • Make a field mandatory or optional

You also have the option to "Add a form" if you wish to create a new one.

2. Consent:

Configuring consent in a form is crucial to respect privacy, comply with regulations, establish user trust, and avoid legal disputes by ensuring a transparent and consensual collection of personal data.

  • Create a new consent template.

  • Customize your consent by adding text in the dedicated block.

  • Choose whether to include an explicit hyperlink to an external source (1).

  • Review all content associated with this template (2).


3. Form Style

Your style selection will be reflected in both your form and your editor. Explore the default styles configured by Plezi and unleash your creativity by creating new ones.


4. Thank-You Message

Configuring a thank-you message is crucial for a positive user experience, confirming the receipt of their data.


5. Follow-up Email

Customizing follow-up emails is an effective strategy to strengthen connections with your clients and prospects, sent after downloading a resource.
