Overview
This guide will walk you through the steps needed to update your email address on the Plinth platform.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access Settings
From the main dashboard, locate and click on the Settings icon in the lower left corner of the screen (indicated by a gear icon).
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
In the Settings menu, click on the Your Account tab located in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Step 3: Find Personal Profile Section
On the Account Information page, you'll see two main sections: Organisation Profile on the left and Personal Profile on the right. Focus on the Personal Profile section (highlighted with a green border).
Step 4: Edit Your Email Address
Under the Personal Profile section, locate the field labeled "Your Email" which displays your current email address.
Clear the existing email address
Type your new email address in the field
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After entering your new email address, click the Save button located at the bottom right of the Personal Profile section.
Additional Information
You may need to verify your new email address after saving the changes
If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, it will continue to work with your updated email
Remember that your email address is used for logging in and receiving notifications
