Pluginvest will still gladly assist you. Even without these packages, you can always make use of the 24/7 helpdesk, with which you will be assisted remotely right away.

If it turns out that an on-site intervention is needed, Pluginvest will arrange a date with you. However, if you haven't chosen the Care or Care+ Package, we can't guarantee the intervention will occur within 5 days. Other interventions, from other Pluginvest customers, that are covered by the Care or Care+ Package will be prioritized. In quieter periods, we may be able to schedule your intervention more quickly, but we can’t provide that assurance without a Support Package.

Without these Support Packages, intervention costs will apply. Intervention costs are included in the monthly subscription fee for the Support Packages.
