The Support Packages were created to provide different levels of support, outlining intervention timelines to guarantee how quickly an intervention can take place.
The various Support Packages are:
Care Package
Care+ Package
Extended Warranty: Extends the warranty on the installation from 2 years to 5 years. This is a one-off cost, not a subscription model.

Practical example 1:
A courier service’s core business relies on the electric delivery vans always being fully charged before each shift. If one of the charging stations displays an error message, it could mean that no packages or mail can be delivered during a particular round. In this case, it’s crucial for your business to have a quick intervention to resolve the error and get the van charged again. The Care+ Package, with the shortest intervention timelines, would be the best fit for your company.
Practical example 2:
Your employees are provided with various charging solutions, such as a mix of using a home charging station and a public charge card. If an error message appears on an employee's home charging station, there may not be an immediate need for intervention, as the employee can use a public charging station as a temporary solution until the intervention is scheduled. In this case, you may not need a Support Package.
What if I don’t have the Care or Care+ Package?
No worries! Pluginvest will still gladly assist you. Even without these packages, you can always make use of the 24/7 helpdesk, with which you will be assisted remotely right away.
If it turns out that an on-site intervention is needed, Pluginvest will arrange a date with you. However, if you haven't chosen the Care or Care+ Package, we can't guarantee the intervention will occur within 5 days. Other interventions, from other Pluginvest customers, that are covered by the Care or Care+ Package will be prioritized. In quieter periods, we may be able to schedule your intervention more quickly, but we can’t provide that assurance without a Support Package.
Without these Support Packages, intervention costs will apply. Intervention costs are included in the monthly subscription fee for the Support Packages.
