Would you like to add an employee to the company account on the My Pluginvest platform? Then follow this simple guide.

Under the 'employee' menu, you can add new employees. This is useful when several employees use their own charge card. This way, you can keep an overview of all charging transactions from the company account.

Cards

In the 'Cards' overview, you can find all linked charge cards and see which of them can charge publicly and which cannot. Note! You will find the charge cards linked to the employee in question.

Here you'll also have the possibility to deactivating a charge card. This is often used in the event of an employee's prolonged absence or if the charge card is no longer in use.

Linking a charge card to the company account

When creating an account, you'll have the option to add a specific charge card. This is only recommended if the charge cards are allowed to be registered under the name of the company, and should not be linked to a private account of an employee.

Linking a charge card to the correct employee

If you want to link a charge card to the correct employee, you must first create a new employee via your company account (click 'employees' in the menu on the left). After creating the account, you can immediately add the card in question to the employee.

If you already have your charge card linked as a company card or employee card, you cannot transfer it yourself. However, this can be done by Pluginvest by sending an email to operations@pluginvest.eu with the ID-number (BE-PLUG-00000-0) of the charge card.

Charge points

In the 'charge points' section, you can see which charge points are all linked to your account. Among other things, you can see the address here, but also the current status.

If you want more details of a charge point, you can click on the ID number. You will then be taken to a more detailed overview of the dashboard where, if necessary, you can reset your own charging station.
