Once you’ve configured your car, as explained in step 2, you’ll return to the Dashboard where you’ll see the option to link your charging station, again via a green “Set up” button.
It is also possible that you first need to set up a charging location by entering the address where the charger is located. You can do this by going to Settings and then "Charging locations". There, you will see the option "Charger" to link your charger.
A direct connection is possible with a chargepoint from Wallbox, Easee or Zaptec.
In case of another charging station brand, the connection needs to be set up as a ‘Pluginvest’ charger, as can be seen in the image.
If you have an Easee, Wallbox or Zaptec charger, enter your account credentials for the charger manufacturer’s app.
If you have a different type of charger and clicked on “Pluginvest”, you need to enter your unique charger ID. This ID can be found in the Pluginvest platform.
