[Plugzio Cando] Reboot the device

How to reboot a Plugzio Cando device

1. Locate the reset button

  • Ensure the device is powered on by checking if the power LED is illuminated (indicator A in the image below).

  • Look on the right side of the device.

  • You should see a small button (indicator B in the image below).

  • Press down on the button firmly.

  • You will hear a beeping sound.

2. Wait for 30 Seconds

  • Holding the button for about 30 seconds (~12-13 beeps)

  • Watch for the LED lights to reset followed by a single beep

3. Confirm Reset

  • Once the LED lights reset, release the button.

  • Your device should now be fully reset.
