1. Locate the reset button
Ensure the device is powered on by checking if the power LED is illuminated (indicator A in the image below).
Look on the right side of the device.
You should see a small button (indicator B in the image below).
Press down on the button firmly.
You will hear a beeping sound.
2. Wait for 30 Seconds
Holding the button for about 30 seconds (~12-13 beeps)
Watch for the LED lights to reset followed by a single beep
3. Confirm Reset
Once the LED lights reset, release the button.
Your device should now be fully reset.
