If your Plugzio device is online but you encounter an issue when activating a session from the dashboard, rebooting the device often resolves the problem. Follow these steps to reboot your device: In this article, we will explain how to reboot your devices using the management dashboard.

1. Log in to Your Management Dashboard: https://manage.plugz.io

2. Navigate to the "Network Configuration" Page:

Once logged in, go to the “Network Configuration” page located under the “Device Management” section.

3. Initiate Reboot:

Click on the “Reboot” button for the device you need to restart.

- If the device is online, you will see the message “Reboot request sent to [Device ID].”

- If the device is offline, you will see the message “Reboot failed.”
