There are some scenarios that may cause the session to keep spinning while activating the session:
Your internet connection is weak:
Make sure your internet connection is normal by searching the web or by trying to watch a YouTube video. If everything works normally, then your internet connection is ok.
You started the session with the app but did not plug the charger into the vehicle:
You have a time period between activating the session and plugging the charger into the car. If you wait a long time to do that, it may cause some issues, like session spinning. To avoid such a problem, it's better to first plug the charger into the car and then try to activate the session with the app.
There is an issue with the charger's internet connection:
If none of the previous reasons were the cause of the issue, it's probably the charger's internet connection issue. In this scenario, you can reach out to us by going to the "Chat with us" section provided in the app navigation bar.
