If your wallet top-up transaction fails, you can contact us by navigating to the “Chat with us” section in the app’s navigation bar.
Select the "[Ticket] Request a refund" option and fill out the fields.
Once we receive this information, we can initiate the refund process, which typically takes around 2-3 working days.
