Charging costs on Plugzio devices are set by your property manager, and prices are displayed before you activate a charging session.
To check the charging cost, simply enter the device ID in your Plugzio dashboard. This ID is a 5-character code located on the front of the device, just below the QR code. Charging prices are displayed to you before activating a session or topping up your wallet. (If you don’t have a Plugzio user account yet, you can sign up here: iOS, Android, or at my.plugz.io.)
If you’d like us to look up the charging cost for you, please share the device ID, and we’ll assist you. You can contact us by navigating to the “Chat with us” section in the app’s navigation bar.
Please note that charging costs are set solely by the property manager. Therefore, pricing may vary depending on the device and location.
