This totally depends on the payment plan set by the manager.
In the below example, when you are activating your device, you can see whether the device owner has set an hourly fee for charging more than a specific number of hours, on top of the fee per consumption.
Here you can see that from 3:45 PM until the next day, a different fee applies (an hourly fee is added to the main rate). This hourly fee will be applied whether your car is charging or fully charged, as long as the charging session is active.
To avoid triggering an hourly fee, please make sure to stop your charging session before the hourly fee becomes active.
Note that on some Plugzio devices, the hourly fee may be the only fee applied, while on some (like in this example) both a consumption-based fee and an hourly fee may be in place.
