If a Plugzio device is on a Free payment plan, users who have access to this device do not need to have or add any money to their wallets in order to use this device.
When attempting to use or activate a Plugzio device, users will always be notified of the fees associated with the device (i.e. the payment plan). Below are examples of what a user will see when attempting to activate devices under different payment plans
