What is the "Always On" device mode?

What is the "Always On" device mode?

An "Always ON" device is a device that has no smart functionalities and constantly delivers power.

A device can have three different power settings:

"Smart": All the smart functionalities of Plugzio will be applied.
"Always ON": Just like a regular outlet, anyone can plug in.
"Always OFF": Outlet is disabled as if the breaker is turned off.
