This article assumes that you have created a Plugzio User Dashboard and have a wallet already created. If you have not created an account or a wallet, please follow the below guides:

Steps
Open your browser, navigate to https://my.plugz.io/, or Open Plugzio app on your iOS /Android device
Log into your Plugzio User Dashboard
Click the Wallets tab on the left sidebar
- The navigation bar can be seen on the left of the page
- If the navigation bar is not seen click the three-line icon next to the "Plugzio" logo on the top left of the page
Click the "TOP UP" button on the wallet you would like to add money to
Follow the steps in the pop-up dialog:
- Amount - Sum of money you would like to add to the wallet. The wallet's currency will determine the currency deposited into the wallet.
- Paypal Fee: Plugzio uses Paypal's system to handle money transactions. This fee is mandatory by PayPal and is only applied when depositing money into a wallet.
> Note that this fee does NOT apply to transactions happening within the Plugzio ecosystem (i.e. users to managers and vice versa).
Confirm the amount and then select the payment method:
- Paypal fees are 2.9% plus $0.30 cents per transaction (e.g. Initial amount $10.00, Fees are $0.30 + $0.29, Final amount would be $9.41).- For more information about the PayPal transaction fees, please check out the below links based on your location:

Payment Method: Users can add money by either Paypal, credit card, or debit card.
- Paypal: Selecting Paypal will bring up pop up to Paypal's website. Follow the website's procedure to complete the payment.
- Credit/Debit Card: Selecting the "Debit or Credit Card" option will prompt the user for their card and billing information. Enter the information to complete the payment.
Once the payment is completed, the new amount and transaction history should be visible on the wallet.
