Step-by-step guide on the manager dashboard's features and how to export the data.

In this article, we will guide you through the various features available in the dashboard section of your management account. By following these steps, you can effectively utilize all the features available in the dashboard section of your management account.

Overview of the Dashboard

Head over to your manager at: manage.plugz.io

At the top of the dashboard, you will see four tiles displaying the following information:

  1. Green Tile: Total Sessions and Users

    Shows the number of sessions and users who have used your devices in the past 30 days.

  2. Blue Tile: Total Consumption

    Displays the total energy consumption recorded by your devices over the past 30 days.

  3. Purple Tile: Total Duration

    Indicates the total duration for which users have used the devices in the past 30 days.

  4. Yellow Tile: Total Revenue

    Shows the total revenue generated in the past 30 days.

Heatmap

Located at the top left, the heatmap provides a visual representation of device usage on a daily basis throughout a week. With the heatmap, you can easily identify the days and hours during which your devices are used the most or the least.

Sessions

Here, you can view all the sessions. Each tile represents one session, and clicking on it will reveal the following details:

- Device ID

- Start Time: The time when the user attempts to start a session and use the device.

- End Time: The time when the session ended.

- User’s Email

- Total Duration and Consumption of that session.

- Payment Plan assigned to the device.

At the top right of the window, you can also export this data in CSV format.

Calendar

On the top right of the dashboard, you will find a calendar icon. By clicking on it, you can set the time period for which you want to check the sessions and the four colored tiles. You can change the period to specific dates by selecting "Custom".

Don't forget to set your preferred timezone, which is located near the calendar.

Exporting Data

After adjusting your preferred time, you can export the data in CSV format by clicking “EXPORT DATA”.

Note that the default time range on your manager is set to the past 30 days.
