Multi-management is the way to go. Device managers are able to let other people access their dashboard using this feature and device who can ONLY view and who can have FULL access. Let's get deeper into it:

What is Multi-Management?

Multi-management is a feature that allows managers to assign account permissions to other managers. This allows multiple people to have the ability to view or edit a manager account without sharing login credentials.

How to use it:

  • Permissions of a manager account can be assigned to others using the "Access Control" tile on the "Account Settings" page.

  • The "Access Control" tile has 2 sections:

    • My Account - This is where you can assign your account permissions to other managers.

    • Other Accounts - This is where other managers have assigned you permissions to their account (i.e. you are now a proxy of their account.

To assign access, click the "Add Manager" button.

  • Enter the manager's e-mail address.

  • Select the type of access you would like to give. Currently, there are 2 options:

    • View Access

    • Full Access

  • Access be modified or revoked through this tile as well.

What is View Access?

Managers with "View Access" can only view data on the account. They are not allowed to make modifications or changes to anything on the account.

What is Full Access?

Managers with "Full Access" can view data and make edits to the account. The only restrictions are:

  • Wallets - Not able to trigger withdrawal requests.

  • Account Settings - Not able to change password.

  • Account Settings - Not able to modify access control.

Note: Withdrawals are sensitive since it is money-related. We will implement special financial permissions in the future.

Accessing Other Accounts

If you are assigned as a proxy to another manager account, you will see an additional "Account Selection" page when logging into your own manager account.

  • This page allows you to select between the accounts that you have access to.

  • Once selected you will be automatically "logged into" the selected account taken to the dashboard page.
