If you wish to permanently close your Plugzio user account, you can contact us by opening a support ticket and requesting account removal. Please note that the process may take 3–4 business days.
Important Note: Once your account is removed, your account is not recoverable. You will no longer have access to your charging sessions, transactions, or any data associated with your account. After removing/closing your account, we will be unable to assist with any account-related inquiries.
