In order to have access to other Plugzio accounts, they will need to give your own Plugzio account permission to either view their account or manage it too.
If you have been given the access to another manager account, you will see an additional "Account Selection" page when logging into your own manager account.
This page allows you to select between the accounts that you have access to.
Once selected you will be automatically "logged into" the selected account taken to the dashboard page.
