How to use wallet profiles | Plugzio Support

This article is going to focus on creating a Plugzio wallet profile to save the information that you are going to need in every withdrawal request. This feature helps you avoid having to enter information such as mailing address, phone number, etc for every withdrawal.

Let's see how you can add a Plugzio wallet profile to your Plugzio management account:

Creating a Plugzio wallet profile

Once logged in to your management dashboard, navigate to the Wallets page through the left sidebar:

Now, click WITHDRAW on the wallet you would like to transfer your revenue from:

Choose your preferred withdrawal path among the available options:

If you don't already have a Wallet Profile in your account, you should now see the following message asking you to create one: "No withdrawal profile available. Please add a withdrawal profile before submitting a withdrawal request."

Click ADD WITHDRAWAL PROFILE to proceed:

Choose a name for your profile (this can be the name of your account in case you'd like to create more profiles for your other bank accounts)

Fill out all the required information about yourself on this page before moving to the next step:

On the next page, you will need to fill in the information with the details of the bank you would like to transfer your revenue to:

After reviewing the information you added to your new Wallet Profile, you can click CONFIRM to create it:

Congrats! You can now use your Wallet Profile to quickly withdraw your revenue at any time without needing to fill out the form every time.

Using a Plugzio wallet profile

To use your Wallet Profile, on the Wallets page, choose the "withdraw" option on the wallet you'd like to transfer the revenue from:

Now, choose the withdrawal path that you created your new Wallet Profile in:

Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw this time and choose your Wallet Profile from the dropdown menu:

After reviewing the details again, to make sure that this is the right account you'd like to transfer this amount, click SUBMIT REQUEST to send your withdrawal request to us and put it into process:

Editing a Plugzio wallet profile

To edit a Plugzio wallet profile that you have already created, you need to first:

Navigate to the Wallets page and click on the EDIT button of your wallet

Then from the pop-up window, click CONFIGURE WITHDRAWAL PROFILES

Now click the withdrawal method that you would like to edit its wallet profile and click NEXT

On the next page, you can either:
1. Edit the wallet profile that you already have by clicking CONFIGURE MY WALLET PROFILE
2. Add a new wallet profile by clicking ADD PROFILE
choose your preferred option and click DONE

Once you click CONFIGURE MY WALLET PROFILE to edit your current wallet profile, the rest of the process is the same as creating a wallet profile. (please refer to the first section)

Deleting a Plugzio wallet profile

Deleting a wallet profile is pretty easy. All the steps are the same as editing a Plugzio wallet profile until you see the below page

By clicking the cross icon, shown above, you can confirm that you would like to delete this wallet profile.
