This will happen occasionally when we’re prioritizing technical work, like enhanced security to better protect your data or improvements to the technical infrastructure that reduce downtime and make Plumb’s work better for you. The following clinical handouts have been updated to include the new Key Information section, which quickly communicates the most important information about a disease or condition to clients.
Bug Fixes
A webinar announcement banner was appearing unexpectedly on client handout PDFs when they were printed or downloaded. This has been fixed!
We fixed a bug that was causing some users to receive a session limit message when they were not signed in on multiple devices.
Discount confirmation emails were not sending as intended—this has also been resolved.
