Once your studio is fully set up and tested, it’s time to go live. Podyx gives you three flexible ways to present your booking experience to clients:

  1. Use your standalone Podyx URL

  2. Embed the booking page directly into your website

  3. Hyperlink your booking page to any button or menu item

Each method ensures that clients can easily access your services, book sessions, and interact with your studio — all with your branding intact.

🔍 Where to find your booking link:

Admin Panel → Studio Settings → General
Your public Podyx URL is listed here — ready to copy and use.

🔗 Option 1: Standalone Booking Page (Hosted by Podyx)

Every studio comes with its own custom Podyx URL — like:
yourstudio.podyx.com
or
studio-name.podyx.app

This fully hosted page is:

  • Branded based on your Appearance settings

  • Always up to date with your services, availability, and bundles

  • Mobile-friendly

  • Ready to use immediately (no website required)

🔥 Use this if:

  • You don’t have a studio website yet

  • You want a quick, shareable link

  • You’re sharing in bios, emails, or social media

  • You’re launching before building a full site

🧩 Option 2: Embed Podyx into Your Website

Already have a website? You can embed the Podyx booking flow directly into it — so your visitors never leave your domain.

You can embed:

  • Setups

  • Base Services

  • Additional Services

  • Bundles

Embedding makes the experience feel completely native to your brand.

🛠 How to Embed:

  • Use an <iframe> or embed block in your CMS (e.g. Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)

  • Paste in your website builder

  • Adjust the height to fit full-screen or container display

  • Make sure mobile responsiveness is enabled

🔗 Option 3: Hyperlink Your Booking Page to a Button

This is the easiest method if you're using a no-code site builder or don’t want to embed the full experience.

You can link your Podyx page to any button, navigation item, or text, such as:

  • A “Book Now” button on your homepage

  • A “Schedule a Session” menu item

  • A “Reserve My Spot” call to action at the end of your landing page

Just:

  1. Copy your Podyx booking link

  2. Paste it into your button or link settings

  3. Choose whether it opens in a new tab or same window

🔑 This method preserves your site layout, loads fast, and still gives clients the full Podyx experience.

💡 Bonus: Bundle-Specific Landing Pages

Each bundle also has a unique URL you can share or embed — great for:

  • Promotions

  • Partnerships

  • Service-specific CTAs

You can use these the same way: standalone, embedded, or hyperlinked.

✅ Summary:

Podyx gives you total control over how you launch your booking flow:

  • Share it directly

  • Embed it like it’s part of your site

  • Or hyperlink it to any “Book Now” button you already have

You choose what fits your studio — we’ll take care of the booking logic behind the scenes.
