🔄 Moving from V1 to V2

What happens when your studio moves to V2: what comes across, what stays working, and what you need to do (almost nothing).

Moving to V2 is something we do for you. This article explains exactly what happens, so there are no surprises on the day.

📦 Everything comes with you

  • Your bookings, past and upcoming.

  • Your customers and their history.

  • Your settings and studio configuration.

  • Your payments. Saved cards, active subscriptions and your Stripe or Square connection all carry over, so recurring revenue keeps running without interruption.

🔗 Your links keep working

Your booking page link, your custom domain and any embeds on your website continue to work. Existing links you have shared, and your search ranking, are preserved.

🕐 When it happens

We schedule your move for a low-traffic window in your timezone and let you know the date in advance. There may be a few minutes during that window when your booking page is briefly unavailable. We keep it as short as we can and email you the moment it is done.

🙋 What you need to do

Nothing. Really. We handle the migration, verify that your data matches, check that your payments and subscriptions are intact, and test that your booking page and domain work before we call it finished.

💡 The one genuinely useful thing you can do is take a look at the new features afterwards. Dynamic pricing, invoicing and the dashboard are the three that most studios wish they had turned on sooner.

🛟 If something looks off

Tell us straight away and we will jump on it. We watch every studio closely for the first day or two after the move, and if anything does not meet our bar we can put you back on your current version with nothing lost while we fix it.

👀 First things to check

  • Log in and confirm your bookings and clients are all present.

  • Open your booking page and make a test booking.

  • Check your custom domain loads and your embeds still render.

  • Confirm a confirmation email arrives and looks right.

✅ Summary

Your bookings, customers, settings and payments move with you, your links keep working, and the switch happens in a quiet window we agree in advance. You do not need to prepare anything. Once you are live, spend ten minutes looking at what V2 added.
