🕊 You will not be rushed

V1 and V2 run in parallel during the transition, so nothing switches off underneath you. You get access to your V2 studio and time to set it up and get comfortable before you rely on it.

📦 What carries over

The goal is for your essentials, your studio profile, services, and client information, to come across so you are not starting from scratch. The exact details of what migrates and how are confirmed with you by the Podyx team as part of your move, since every studio's setup is a little different.

🧭 A sensible order

  1. Log into your V2 studio and review what has been brought across.

  2. Check the essentials, including services, rooms, setups, availability, payments, and branding (see First-Time Setup).

  3. Run a test booking end to end.

  4. Share your new booking link once you are happy, and retire V1 when ready.

🤝 Getting help

You do not have to do this alone. Reach out to the Podyx team for guidance on timing and anything specific to your studio.

🧠 Why it matters

A calm, parallel move means no lost bookings and no scramble. You switch over only when V2 is genuinely ready for your studio.

✅ Summary

V1 and V2 overlap so there is no hard cut-over, your essentials are brought across, and you verify, test, then switch your link when you are ready.
