While you work on your reports in the app, you will only see the first 1,000 rows of data. If you need to export large data tables, you can download up to 100,000 rows of data at once. If your export exceeds this limit, you can reduce your time range selected and download several exports.
If you would like to have this data automatically exported into a Google Sheet (only offered on specific paid plans), you can follow the following process. If you're not sure if your current plan include access to automated exports, reach out to our Support Team for confirmation.
Automated Export Request Process:
Reach out through the app chat requesting access to automated exports. In your request, please include:
The exact name of the report you need and the link (available in the URL when you edit the report)
The filters or Views we need to apply
Which email(s) you'd like us to share it with
Date range
Granularity: daily, weekly, monthly ...
The frequency of the export - how often you want the data to refresh
We will use the structure of your custom report for the automated export (metrics and dimensions).
We'll get back to you with the automated export as soon as possible.
