To set up your time zone, navigate to your Settings within the app and choose your timezone. This is important because we will refresh your data based on your timezone so that you can have updated data once you start your day ๐Ÿ™‚

Make sure all your accounts (Shopify, Google Analytics, and so on) are set up in the same time zone, so there is no difference in the data presented on the app and on your accounts. If you have accounts in your sources at different timezones, we recommend to chose the latest one as you will have all your data up to date.

For example, if you have one Facebook account that is set in Paris time and one that is set in LA time, we recommend choosing LA as the main timezone for Polar - otherwise, your data may not be ready. If you wish to keep an earlier timezone, your daily email report will be sent, but some of the data will not be refreshed as we donโ€™t yet have the data from the previous day's later timezones.

Keep in mind that on the Analyze & Activate Plan we refresh data once daily at 1AM in every account's timezone. On the Custom Plan, we refresh data every hour. As we are dependent on the API of each data source, there can occasionally be refresh delays.
