Once you have installed our Polar Pixel, you will get access to a new Customer Journey report to analyze your attribution data end to end.
This table is available only with our attribution pixel, as we need to track all customer events in order to provide analysis on conversion paths from first touch to last touch, so that you can optimize your cross-channel campaigns.
How-To: Access Customer Journey data on Polar
Step 1: Install the Polar Pixel and configure your UTM parameters. Please keep in mind that you'll need to wait at least two weeks to analyze this data, as the pixel is not retroactive and will only track conversions post-installation & UTM configuration.
Step 2: Navigate to the Acquisition page.
โStep 3: Scroll down to the new Customer Journey report to analyze the different paths your customers take before they convert.
You can also apply filters to your Custom Journey report if you'd only like to see certain journeys (for example, if you'd only like to see journeys where the first or last touch comes from a certain channel). You can also apply the filter below to Channel or Campaign Touchpoints to only see multi-touch customer journeys:
