Scenario 1: I received a physical SIM, but I don’t have an account yet
Step 1: Sign Up on the Website
Visit Polar Mobile and select your preferred language (English or Chinese).
Step 2: Choose a Plan
You can either:
Select a plan under the Plan Section, OR
Step 3: Plan Selection and SIM Option
You'll be asked to choose a plan, where inclusions are displayed. Then, select your SIM option:
Step 4: Account Creation
You'll be asked to provide your account information to create your Polar Mobile account.
Step 5: Checkout and Payment
Proceed and complete the payment process.
Once the payment is successful, the activation process will begin.
Step 6: Activate and Install Your SIM Card
Your dashboard will prompt you to activate your line. Click 'Start activation'.
Confirm your service address. Please note that this must be a valid U.S. address.
Choose whether to transfer/port-in your number or get a new number.
Confirm whether your device is under a contract. Choose 'Physical SIM' as your SIM type, then click 'I have my Polar Mobile SIM'.
Enter your SIM’s ICCID number, found on the lower-left corner of your SIM card.
Click 'Submit' to complete your activation.
Eject your phone’s SIM tray, insert your Polar Mobile SIM with the gold contacts facing down, then reinsert the tray. Restart your phone to connect to the Polar Mobile network, and your service should be up and running shortly!

Step 1: Activate and Install Your SIM Card
On your dashboard, go to the line you'd like to activate, then click 'Start Activation'.
Confirm your service address. Please note that this must be a valid U.S. address.
Choose whether to transfer/port-in your number or get a new number.
Confirm whether your device is under a contract. Choose 'Physical SIM' as your SIM type, then click 'I have my Polar Mobile SIM'.
Enter your SIM’s ICCID number, found on the lower-left corner of your SIM card.
Click 'Submit' to complete your activation.
