Simply checkout how you would normally checkout with the provider and you should see an option to pay with PonchoPay. Follow the steps on-screen to complete your payment.

You can also split your payment to pay partially with card and partially with childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare by selecting "Pay with multiple payment methods".

Please note that the childcare provider may not have opted in to all three payment methods. Therefore, you may only see payments with Childcare Voucher and Tax-Free Childcare or just with Tax-Free Childcare. In which case, you may not be able to split payments between multiple payment methods.

You can only pay with PonchoPay if a provider already uses us. If you want to pay a provider who is currently not using PonchoPay, please let us know who you’re trying to pay and we’ll get in touch with them!
