Added the provider to your TFC account first (this is a HMRC requirement)
Sufficient funds in your TFC account.

Due to way the new HMRC system works, the parent must have added the provider to their TFC account first. How do I add a childcare provider to my Tax-Free Childcare account?
Note: A provider with multiple locations often process their TFC payments through one location. Please add the one you see on-screen or check with us or the provider first. You only need to do this once.
As booking and payments are separate, your booking confirmation should still show the location you've booked.
