Once logged in to PonchoPay, under the “Payments” tab, search for the relevant payment (e.g. by the parent's email address, the PonchoPay payment ID or payment method), scroll to the right and click on the “Mark in bank” button.

If the status is "Card entered", this means the parent has not clicked on "I've made a payment". You will have to click on "Complete" first. You will see the option to "Mark in bank" afterwards.
