For card payments, log in to PonchoPay and go to the "Payments" tab. Search for the relevant payment by the parent's email address or the PonchoPay payment ID, scroll to the right and click on "Refund".

For voucher payments, you will have speak to the relevant voucher provider to issue a refund.
