Please see below the steps to add a childcare provider to your Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) account.
The steps:
Go to your TFC account
Click on "Manage account"
Click on "Add a childcare provider"
Search for childcare provider by the name and reference you see on the PonchoPay checkout page. Why is the payment location different to the location I'm booking?
Click on "Continue"
If you would like to add this childcare provider for another child, select yes and click "Continue". Otherwise select no and click "Continue.
