Some childcare providers are integrated with PonchoPay. This means they take bookings and payments through their own website or booking system, and PonchoPay handles the payment behind the scenes.
If you searched for a provider on our pay-a-provider page and see the message "Pay this provider from their website with Tax-Free Childcare", that provider is integrated.
To pay them:
Go to the provider's own website or booking platform.
Book your childcare as you normally would.
At checkout, you should see an option to pay with PonchoPay. Follow the steps on-screen to complete your payment.
You'll be able to select from the payment methods the provider has opted in to, including Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) where available. You can find out more about how TFC express checkout works here.
Your payment is processed securely by PonchoPay either way - and paying through the provider's platform makes sure your payment is matched to your booking.
