Why doesn’t my trip show up in search results?

If your ride isn’t showing up in search results, don’t worry! There are a few factors that could be at play.

On certain routes, depending on the demand and supply of rides, we may not show all trips to ensure a high quality of service for our community.

Here are some of the key factors that may impact your trip’s visibility:

  • Demand and supply: On routes with high demand, we might prioritize trips that better match current demand patterns or have higher ratings to ensure passengers find reliable options.

  • Quality factors: We consider various quality indicators, such as how many bookings you’ve approved recently, your ratings, and whether your account has any suspensions or restrictions.

  • Account status: If your account is suspended or under review, your trips may not appear in search results.

Rest assured, all trips have the opportunity to receive bookings. Even if your trip isn’t immediately visible, passengers can still find and book it.
