- All items shared between individuals via the application are covered by the Poppins Protection, and we’re committed to repairing or replacing them if necessary. 
- Each case is handled individually to verify the protection’s applicability (see the Terms of Use). 
- In the case of suspected theft, our team will analyze the case and take appropriate measures.
