Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly, but if there’s an issue, don’t panic! Follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Poppins support team within 24 hours of the scheduled return date. We’re here to help 💌
    Follow the report process by checking the question "How can I report a problem and/or a user on Poppins?".

  2. All items shared via the application are covered by the Poppins Protection, and we’re committed to repairing or replacing them if necessary.

  3. Each case is handled individually to verify the insurance’s applicability (see the terms of use).

  4. In the case of suspected theft, our team will analyze the case and take appropriate measures.
