1. Prepare key information
Please gather key information about the user or incident, including:
The user’s name and profile details (if available)
A description of the issue or behavior you experienced
Relevant dates and context of the interaction
Screenshots or other evidence (if applicable)
2. Contact us
Send an email to [support@wearepoppins.com] with the subject line “User Report - [User’s Name or Incident Description]“.
If this is an incident involving a borrowed or lent item (e.g., damaged, lost, etc.), please refer to the process outlined in the article "What is Poppins Protection?".
3. What happens next?
Our team will review the report within 48 hours.
If necessary, we’ll contact you for more details to ensure a thorough investigation.
Based on the investigation’s outcome, actions such as warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans may be taken to protect the community.
