Checklist for Verifying Wholesale Functionality on Your Storefront

1. Product Page

  1. The correct wholesale price is displayed next to the full retail price at the top of the product page.

  2. Pricing Table shows accurate tiered pricing by quantity.

  3. Quantity selector follows the required quantity rules.

  4. Complementary Product block is visible and shows the correct item directly below the Buy Button (this section will not appear until complementary product upsells are set up).

2. Collection Pages and Shop All Pages

  1. Wholesale prices are displayed correctly.

3. Cart Drawer

  1. Wholesale pricing is correctly applied.

  2. Tiered pricing adjusts when quantities change.

  3. Quantity selector follows your quantity rules.

  4. Totals update properly.

4. Checkout

  1. Pricing totals reflect wholesale pricing rules.

  2. Relevant payment options appear (credit card and/or net terms).

  3. B2B shipping rates are applied properly (if already set up β€” you may not see these if shipping rules have not yet been configured in your Account Settings).

5. Login / Access

  1. If your store is set up for B2B only: Wholesale pricing and add-to-cart access are only available to logged-in wholesale buyers; logged-out or unapproved users cannot view wholesale pricing or add items to the cart.

  2. If your store is set up as a hybrid B2B & B2C store: Retail customers see normal pricing and standard quantity rules, while wholesale buyers see their assigned wholesale pricing and rules once logged in.
