1) Navigate to Tiered Pricing in Buyer Groups
Log in to your PortalSphere Admin.
In the left-hand sidebar, click Buyer Groups.
Select the Buyer Group you want to configure, then click Edit Group.
Scroll to the Default Discount & Quantity Rules section and locate Tiered Price Breaks.
2) Add Tiered Price Breaks (Applies to All Products)
Click Add New Price Break to create your first tier.
Enter the minimum quantity and discount percentage.
Repeat for as many tiers as you’d like.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save & Continue to apply these breaks to all products in the Buyer Group.
3) Optional: Add Tiered Pricing for Specific Products or Collections
Scroll to the Overrides section and click Add Override.
Choose a Product or Collection and locate the Tiered Price Breaks area in the pop-up.
Add your quantity tiers and discounts, then click Save in the pop-up.
Back on the Buyer Group page, click Save & Continue to finalize the override.
This creates tiered pricing for only the selected items, instead of all products.
How It Appears to Wholesale Buyers
After your tiers are saved:
Tiered pricing will display on the product page, showing all available quantity breaks.
The Buy More, Save More one-click upsell will appear in the cart drawer, highlighting how much more the buyer needs to add to reach the next discount tier.
This helps increase average order size and incentivizes larger purchases.
