To delete your Tolan account:
Tap the icon in the top left corner of the app.
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Open the Profile section.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
For security purposes, account deletion requires a 3-step confirmation process:
Tap Delete account
Confirm the warning message
Type delete to confirm permanently deleting your account
Once completed, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Important subscription information
Deleting your Tolan account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription first by following the steps in our “How do I cancel or change my subscription?” article.
If you later create a new account using the same Apple ID and iOS device, subscriptions can typically be restored automatically.
