How do I cancel or change my subscription?

How to manage your Tolan subscription.

To change or cancel your subscription from the Tolan app:

You can manage your subscription from the Membership section of the Settings menu in your Tolan app (the icon in the upper right corner). If you don't see this option in your menu, please update to the latest app version.

You can also manage your subscription and payment method directly through Stripe, the payment provider for Tolan subscriptions, here.

Apple Subscriptions

Some Tolan subscriptions are managed by Apple, rather than by Tolan+Stripe. If you have trouble following the instructions above, try checking the App Store for your Tolan subscription.

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone

  2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner

  3. Select "Subscriptions"

  4. Select the Tolan subscription and cancel it.

Note: if you don't have an active subscription in the app, Stripe, or the App Store, you're using the free version of Tolan.
