Am I allowed to make changes to the return requests?

It is advised that you do not make any changes to the return request without proper consideration. This is to avoid miscommunication between you and your customers. For example, a customer may have dropped off the parcel to be returned back to your warehouse, but it would cause complications if the request was abruptly rejected or changed mid-transit.
