Select the client from your dashboard or search bar
Click into their profile to view session history and documents
2. Upload a file
Click “Upload File”
Drag and drop or browse to upload PDFs, Word documents, images, or audio
Accepted formats include .pdf, .docx, .jpg, .mp3, and more
3. Organise and tag
Add relevant tags (e.g., report type, condition, clinic site)
Files are automatically sorted under each client’s timeline
4. Optional: Generate summaries
PractaLuma can summarise and extract information from uploaded content
Just click “Summarise Document” or use AI queries to extract details
