I suddenly lost my streak or progress in the app!

This article explains what to do if your daily streak or lesson progress appears to have reset or disappeared.

We know how much effort you put into your studies, and we know it’s frustrating when that progress isn’t reflected. While we work hard to ensure the app is stable, there are rare, isolated cases where a sync error might cause a lesson to not save or a streak to appear lost.

How to resolve this

To help us reinstate your progress and investigate exactly what happened, please reach out to our support team with a detailed report.

How to contact us:

  1. Via the App (Recommended): Go to your Profile > ⚙️ Gear Icon > 'Contact via Email'. This automatically includes your User ID, which is essential for us to find your records.

  2. Via our Website: If you cannot access the app, please use our Contact Us page.

What to include in your message:

The more information you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue:

  • What exactly is missing? (e.g., "My 50-day streak reset to 0," or "I finished Lesson 4 but it's showing as locked").

  • When did it happen? (e.g., "Right after I updated the app" or "After I finished a lesson this morning").

  • Screenshots: If you have any screenshots of your progress before it was lost, please attach them to your email.
