I am from a region with service restrictions, or the app unavailable in my country. What can I do?

This article explains the availability of Praktika and how regional restrictions may affect your ability to use the app.

Our app relies heavily on infrastructure provided by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and their associated cloud services. If you are in a region where these services are restricted or if the app is not currently listed in your local store, the app may not function as intended.


Current Limitations

1. Service Restrictions

In certain regions, government or provider restrictions on Google or Apple services can prevent the app from connecting to our servers. Because these services are essential for our AI to process conversations, the app may fail to load or log you in.

2. App Store Availability

We strive to make Praktika available globally. If you cannot find the app in your store, it may be due to local regulations or distribution limitations in your specific country.


Is there a workaround?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a workaround. Because the core functionality of Praktika is tied to these global service providers, we cannot bypass regional restrictions at this time.

  • Our Recommendation: We recommend using the app in regions where Google and Apple services are fully supported to ensure you get the best experience during your language practice.

  • Future Updates: We are constantly exploring ways to make Praktika more accessible to everyone. If our availability changes, we will update our community and store listings immediately.
