If you can't see your premium subscription in the app, firstly make sure to update your app so that you are using the most up-to-date version. Next, check if you have purchased the subscription via the Apple app store, Google App store, or online via Stripe.
App store purchases (Apple and Google Play/Android):
If you purchased the subscription via the Apple app store, log in to the app via Apple.
If you purchased the subscription via the Google Play/Android app store, log in to the app via Google.
Go to the Profile page on the app, click on "Manage Subscription" and then “Restore Purchase”, and it should appear next!
Important: If you don't know if you subscribed on the app store or online you can check by going to your App Store and finding the 'Manage my Subscription' section. If Praktika shows up as an active subscription there - you have subscribed through Apple or Google.
Web/Stripe/Instagram purchases:
If you purchased the subscription on web or via an instagram ad, you should have received an email titled "Set up password" to the email address you typed in when you paid. This email may be in your spam/junk folder. It looks like this:
Follow the link in the email and set up a password.
Open the Praktika app on your phone and click log in (not 'Get Started' or if you're already logged in, log out and then click 'log in'.)
Click 'Continue with email' (do not click 'Continue with Google' or 'Continue with Apple', even if you paid with an email address associated Apple of Google.)
Type in the email address and password you just set up (exact spellings are necessary to log in) and you should have access to the premium version of Praktika.

If a payment screen appears like so the screenshot below. Please click the 'x' button in the top left and check if you have a subscription on the 'Profile' page, and 'Manage my subscription' button.
If the link in your email has expired, please contact us via the app (guide on how to do this below) and we will help to solve the problem.
If you are still having trouble accessing your subscription, check that you may have used the Apple “hide my email” function, since this can cause the issues with connecting the account and subscription.

If none of this works, let us know! You can contact us with the below steps, but please remember our first advice will be to do the above steps ^. If you have already done them, please do include screenshots and it will speed up our process of getting you access to your subscription.
Open the Praktika app
Go to the Profile Page
Scroll down to ‘Contact us by Email’
Do not delete the text that automatically appears because this list of numbers and letters is your User ID and helps us to identify your account.
