My Subscription shows in the App Store / Play Store, but my subscription isn’t active in Praktika

Troubleshoot cases where your subscription appears active in the App Store or Play Store but not in Praktika. Follow simple steps to restore your Premium access.

If you can see Praktika in your phone’s subscription settings, don’t worry - you do have access. Please try these steps:

  • Open the Praktika app and go to Profile

  • Scroll down and tap Log out

  • Log back in:

    • iPhone: Continue with Apple

    • Android: Continue with Google

  • Complete onboarding if prompted

  • Go back to Profile - Manage My Subscription

  • Tap Restore purchase

You should now have access to Praktika Premium.
