If you can see Praktika in your phone’s subscription settings, don’t worry - you do have access. Please try these steps:
Open the Praktika app and go to Profile
Scroll down and tap Log out
Log back in:
iPhone: Continue with Apple
Android: Continue with Google
Complete onboarding if prompted
Go back to Profile - Manage My Subscription
Tap Restore purchase
You should now have access to Praktika Premium.
