I can't pay or my subscription has been cancelled due to a billing error. What should I do?

Help for users who can't pay for the Praktika app or who get their subscription cancelled due to a billing error. This answers what they should do.

You may have trouble purchasing the subscription or have the subscription cancelled if there is a billing error. A billing error can occur due to insufficient funds, failed internet connection, incorrect billing details, or discrepancies between your location and currency (which could be due to the use of VPNs). Please check that your billing details are up to date in order to prevent further billing errors.

Unfortunately, if your bank card has already been declined three times, it will then be blocked by our system. If you would like to purchase the premium subscription again, a different card will be required to make the payment.
